Question about how my student loan payment is applied.?

I know there are NUMEROUS factors such as interest, loan repayment term, fixed or variable, etc. HOWEVER, just very generally, is it better to pay more on my student loan principal than the interest? My monthly payment is 600, I just paid my first installment TODAY; and it was applied as 500 towards the principal and 99 towards interest. Is this good or bad, GENERALLY. Thank you!

well i have seen shadows,orbs,(red and blue?),growls,i can sense darkness upon me,if "it" gets close i can feel it and it trys to control me i start to cry,get dizzy,light headed,i have heard unexplained voices like giggling,laughing,e.t.c,i hear bangs in my basement,i feel like it wants to communicate with me but i don't know if its good presence or a bad one, how can i tell? i have said a prayer and it felt like there was a barrier around me it has stopped now but what should i do? is it a ghost,spirit,demon, i just don't know at first i thought i was crazy!!,but then i told my sister and she felt them also! it's freaking me out but i keep saying"i am stronger than you" because i know they feed off of fear. today me and my sister were taking care of my other sisters baby, i am very scared that something might happen, what should i do? I was to terrified to even open the bathroom door! I turned on my ipod and started to text my mom it was about 5:46am.Out of nowhere my ipod just died!,and i didn't want to run in my sister's bedroom to wake them up plus i was way to scared to open the bathroom door to escape! So minutes later i heard the phone ring i opened the bathroom door and ran to my sisters bedroom to get the phone since i knew it was my mom.So i opened the door and ran to get the phone.I got the phone and ran to my bedroom and started talking to my mom i told my mom everything she said "its okay just calm down and be strong if you have to wake up your sisters call the cops if u need to" I said okay love you bye.I hung up.it was about 6am then so it was bright out so i opened my blinds and laid down in my bed.It took till about 8am for me to fall asleep.What should i do any advice!?

Really vivid dreams.....what is it?

I'm really familiar with recurring dreams/nightmares. It sucks. I drink myself to sleep every night so I can sleep, otherwise I wouldn't want to. Are you on any meds? I noticed when I was taking Lexapro, or any kind of SSRI's, that seriously impacted the dreams I was having. They were so vivid, and real. That dream sounds like you want to protect something in your life, whether relationships or otherwise, and you feel helpless, like others can do things better than you can. That you want to succeed but are having a hard time with it. I'm big on dream interpretation. I think it means SOMETHING, at least, even if I'm wrong, especially if you've had it four times.

Is there a way to consolidate Direct Loans student loans at a lower rate than the standard 6.8%?

I have over $60k in student loans from graduate school. Most of them are subsidized and unsubsidized Direct Loans. Since I'm out of grace period in August I would like to consolidate to lower my monthly payment. However, 6.8% appears to be pretty high considering the lower interest rate environment. Well he goes to my school, so thats how we know eachother. Last week a friend of mine invited me to go to the mall with her so she could hanogut with her boyfriend, who she isn't supposed to hangout with, so she could say just me and her would be at the mall and her boyfriend brought his friend along. Depends on if you have out of town guests coming. I once went to a wedding that was at 11am on a Sunday. I ended up having to leave at 4:30 and we had only just been served the salad. I felt so bad but I had to work the next day and couldn't stay. I was there for the most important part (the ceremony) but they were probably stuck paying for a whole plate for us when we barely touched our salads. I just didn't think it would last that long. it seems like you have a crazy amount of things to do. which why you have a lack of sleep. my sopre year, i took honors world history, and had the same problem. i though the teacher was a huuuuge jerk. but i made some friends in the cl, and we looked over each others notes and made sure we were ready for tests, almost like a study group. try to make the cl fun with friends, and keep each other in check. help each other out, and also, if you miss something or forgot something, you have someone that will remember. two heads are better than one

Stretching from 6mm (2g) to 8mm (0g).?

I've been trying to stretch my ear from 6mm (2g) to 8mm (2g) but the taper will only fit halfway and then there would be no friction. My girlfriend had a rough upbringing (alcoholic and abusive parents, foster home) and has done a good job of not letting that get her down. But I believe, as well as just about everyone I talk to, is her fear of abandonment. It is basically the wear and tear on your knees and the padding, cartilage, between the bones in your knee joint breaking down. I've cut and shaved an oak stick to proper specifications and am prepared for the final steps in making my shillelagh. Most sources i see say to coat the stick in er and place it up a chimney. That's the most info i can get. How long must it stay in the chimney? How much er do i use for a stick that's about. 3/4 of a meter long? I have become creeped out and terrified of them. I am a simple guy and in the future I will learn to do all that prep stuff however, this is not a problem due to prep. here is what i do: I defrost the chicken the night before by putting it in the fridge (normal right?) I then season it and place it on a hot pan and try to pan fry it. For those who don't know about the breed, they were originally bred in England, a cross of a Bull Dog and English Mastiff, to help the Game Warden keep poachers off of crown land. They are excellent guard dogs, pin down an intruder rather than bite, and are dubbed the gentle giant due to their loyalty to family, children and other pets when socialized early. I have had many run ins, with neighbours, as well as strangers, who have felt it necessary to call police, as the thought myy dog was a "pitt bull" or were just scared in general due to their size. Afew weeks back we had our dogs for a walk along the parkway, fully collared and leashed, when a lady walked past with a lab, who barked at us, thus making my dogs bark back. She then turned to her companion and said something to the effect of our dogs should not be allowed out in public! Her dog barked first and was pulling at its leash! we have even had people with small breed dogs, scoop them up and jump off the sidewalk as if our dogs were about to snack on them. Does this happen to anyone else?

I was wondering if there will be any change that tells you your puffer is expired. I am using my second salbutamol inhaler and I feel like the taste of the inhaler in different from what I had!!! A historic house is being abandoned, can I do anything to save it?

There is just a wonderful mansion down the road (in the country) from us that is getting to the point that it won't be salvageable. It's an old home built around the turn of the century with a formal library, wonderful woodwork, etc... To make a long story short my husband and I wanted to save it by buying it, but it's been in the family all these years and they don't want to sell. The lady has given up on being able to fix it herself (or her heirs), she says it was her dream to fix it up and she wasn't able to, so it is just going to sit there and as the years go by it will be lost. I guess my question is, is there anything we can do to save this house? It seems a shame that because of one person's stubborness that this piece of history will just crumble away with no one being able to do anything about it. It's not on a historic register, but it was the largest ranch house in the entire 4 counties around here, colonial style, with huge porches to par.

I've had a mississippi mud turtle for about a year now, and i just got new stuff for his tank. I bought a little pool type of thing for him to swim in on the side and the rest of the tank is sand for him to dig in and a log for him in rest under. Now i looked it up and they said he only likes to swim for a little so i thought i should just get a bowl type thing of water on the side, because i dont know if he is aquatic. I have some 10" subwoofers that I havent used in years, and they look as if they can use some form of Lubrication around the rubber coned area. Just the other day, I noticed this bump on my wrist bone. its very small. its really strange because you can kind of move it around. I've never had any wrist injuries or anything. I apologize if this is over-asked/typical/completely absurd or just retarded, but ill go from the top. me and my friend jack were walking home(it was night time), and i looked up... and there was a wierd light/glowing orbish looking thing in the sky, but i shrugged it of and went home. when i got home i turned on the radio and something came on, it some kind of 'call-in part of the show' and a man phoned up, and said he saw a light too, and described it just as we saw it. then another man said he spotted it aswell. then i started to think, i know everything in life has a logical explanation... but finding one for this glow was becoming increasingly more difficult. and, just tonight, i saw the same glow... but there were three of them in a triangular formation. i am, in no way, suggesting that its a ufo... i know how frowned upon 'alledged alien sightings' are in our modern society but.... any ideas?
