Catastrophic blunder by the government?

I have came to expect nothing less from this screw up of a government. You'd have thought highly sensitive information like this would have been kept on a secure server with encryption, not kept on CD-ROMs and sent like hacked copies of windows bought off of ebay! Unforgivable, total and utter blundering incompetance, and we're supposed to trust them, pull the other one, it's got bells on! Not only that, but we have the very real threat of terrorism, this is the sort of information that they would find very useful, not convinced that someone like this hasn't got these discs, how do we know that there wasn't an incognito terrorist working for the firm handling these discs sneaked them out, its not beyond all possibilities. Bloody ridiculous, especially these days! Hopefully though, people won't forget this come 2009 and kick these bozos out! I dread to think what other screw ups they will have made by then!
