you have to get that water away from your house mold can and will start to grow in the damp areas can lead to bad health problems a cheap and permenant fix is dig out the dirt on the bad wall about 2 ft. down and 2 ft. wide put gravel in the ditch about 4 to 5 in. thick then put in the blak pipe with holes all in it run that the whole length of the wall then finsh back filling with gravel this will fix your problem alot of work but cheap and healthier
