I don't get it.......?

it seems like every show i watch that shows a woman contracting AIDS, she got it from her husband or boyfriend who got it from a nother man. while im watching i want to yell 'THAT IS NOT THE ONLY WAY PEOPLE GET AIDS!!!" does anyone else see this???
