What are some places in Colorado not many people know about?

I want to take this guy I'm interested in out to do something or go somewhere not many other people would know about. Preferably only a 2 hour drive from Boulder or closer. We have an afternoon until the next day at noonish. I'd prefer not to spend more than 150 dollars.
