Musical instrument's name. any ideas?

Oh...I know what you're talking about. We casually just called it a "ratchet" or "the crank" but I doubt it is it's real name. It was just one of the myriad of "fun noisemakers" in the percussion cabinet. Find a musical instrument website and look up percussion instruments (maybe they'll have a section of "noisemakers" or "non-drum/keyboard" items). Hopefully one with pictures.
