Was the speech at the beginning of Spike Lee's Malcolm X authentic?
Did Malcolm X ever deliver the speech that appears at the beginning of the film in which Denzel Washington playing Malcolm X lists the crimes he charges the "white man" with? Or did Spike Lee synthesize the speech based on things that Malcom X said?
