Really vivid dreams.....what is it?

I'm really familiar with recurring dreams/nightmares. It sucks. I drink myself to sleep every night so I can sleep, otherwise I wouldn't want to. Are you on any meds? I noticed when I was taking Lexapro, or any kind of SSRI's, that seriously impacted the dreams I was having. They were so vivid, and real. That dream sounds like you want to protect something in your life, whether relationships or otherwise, and you feel helpless, like others can do things better than you can. That you want to succeed but are having a hard time with it. I'm big on dream interpretation. I think it means SOMETHING, at least, even if I'm wrong, especially if you've had it four times.
