Did NASCAR ever determine if they were going to penalize Kyle Busch for slamming into Edwards last Sat?

NASCAR has placed both Carl Edwards & Kyle Busch on probation for the next six races following that incident after the race at Bristol. Both were deemed to have breached section 12-4-A (actions detrimental to stock car racing; hitting another competitor’s car after the race had concluded) of the 2008 NASCAR rule book.
