My 02 F250 truck started hesitating and stuttering on the highway around 55mph upon acceleration, ideas?

It seemed as though after disengaging the overdrive it ran smoother, but eventually it started doing the same thing. Now it's even running ragged while stopped. Had the oil, transmission fluid, fuel filters, and air filters changed. No difference.
