neck injury?

this guy might have lived, but only if he received immediate and high level health care. they probably could have sewn his arteries closed, or done a by p. and yes, he did bleed to death. im surprised it took that long, actually, those are some huge arteries to cut. but people have lived through worse. there are a few cases where people have taken gunshots to the head, and lived.
