When i run too far my chest starts to hurt. what are the most common types of chest parasites?

This is because you are out of shape and your chest and lungs are not used to this activity. When running, you need to gradually build up your strength and tolerance to this activity until you can run without any symptoms. This has nothing to do with any parasites and everything to do with your heart and lungs out of shape and unable to do this activity until you get in better physical shape.
