Yahoo takes advantage of it's members?

isn't it odd that we try to access yahoo either for personals or chat or whatever and when we think something is a little fishy, we get the run around. how can you gripe about a problem when you can't directly give that question to yahoo. here is one example. they will always send you an email as to so and so viewed your profile on personals and you actually have a flirt or such but when you try to view it, you gotta join. I have gotten more action not being a member than being one. Yahoo sucks.
